The Reserve Steakhouse at the Petroleum Club is an exclusive dining experience for our members and their invited guests.  Our steakhouse proudly features steaks that are certified Angus, dry aged in house and hand cut by our own Chef Eddie Mars.  The Petroleum Club is the only restaurant in the Shreveport area that uses this technique to tenderize and further develop the flavor of the meat.

Enjoy a selection from our extensive wine list or feel free to bring in your favorite bottle to enjoy while dining over the stunning Red River views Shreveport offers.
